An interestingly detail Sgian Dubh with an intricate Thistle carving on the wooden handle, with pewter mounts. There is a ball detail on the pewter cap.
Sgian Dubhs are decorative blades carried in the sock as part of a Highland Outfit. They were originally used to cut meat and for self-defence, but now they provide authenticity to your Kilt Outfit.
Day Sgian Dubhs are less formal than their Dress counterparts, and are best suited to be worn at informal or day events. They match well with a range of jackets, especially Tweeds.
Palladium Plated Pewter Mount, 3.5" Stainless Steel blade with Real Leather Sheath.
Supplied in a presentation box.
Made in Scotland.
Stock items delivered within 2-5 working days, bespoke items generally take 4-8 weeks.
