This Day Sgian Dubh has an Interlinking Celtic Knot handle with a Lion Rampant Emblem embedded in the handle. The Lion Rampant has been associated with Scotland since as early as the 8th century and features on the Royal Banner of Scotland.
Sgian Dubhs are decorative blades carried in the sock as part of a Highland Outfit. They were originally used to cut meat and for self-defence, but now they provide authenticity to your Kilt Outfit.
Day Sgian Dubhs are less formal than their Dress counterparts, and are best suited to be worn at informal or day events. They match well with a range of jackets, especially Tweeds.
3.5" Stainless Steel blade with Real Leather Sheath.
Handle options available: Faux Ivory, Silver finish or Wood.
Supplied in a presentation box.
Made in Scotland.
Stock items delivered within 2-5 working days, bespoke items generally take 4-8 weeks.
