The Billy/Stacey kilt is a more contemporary fashion kilt, it sits a little lower on hips compared to a kilt or mini kilt.
Traditionally made using 3 yards of cloth, it features a deep 4" waistband
We have found that Billy kilts look and sit best in the 16oz Heavy-weight cloth or 13oz Medium-weight.
