    Delivery & Return Policy


    We use the carrier DPD for domestic and European orders, while DHL is used for international orders to the Rest of the World.

    Domestic and international shipments are all fully insured.


    You can track parcels by DPD at www.interlinkexpress and DHL at www.dhl.com with the tracking codes provided with your order.


    Stock items - delivery within 1-4 weeks: 

    UK mainland 1-4 weeks - £10

    Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles 1-4 weeks - £25

    For any order OVER £2000 - delivery is free in the UK.

    IF GOODS ARE OUT OF STOCK we will advise you.

    NOTE: On made to order goods delivery can vary from 6 to 12 weeks - we will advise delivery times. We can also arrange courtesy loan kilts or full hires if required, details on request. (Courtesy Hires are free in the UK, but customers pay postage both ways.) This is all part of our service. (NOTE: express service is avaliable, please email us at [email protected])


    Rates vary by weight of package and destination country. Please use the feature in ‘My Cart’ for an estimate for your order.

    HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER: Please contact as soon as possible. STOCK ITEMS can be cancelled any time before we despatch. If we have sent them out you can return non-worn goods with receipt & goods still with all their packaging and we will give full refund of goods (But no refund on postage).

    You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel MADE TO ORDER GOODS e.g. kilts, trousers, skirts, waistcoats, jackets. We will give a full refund if the cloth has not been dispatched; alternatively, if the cloth is at our kilt maker you will get a 90% refund due to the handler charge. If cloth has been laid out to cut and the process of making your goods has begun, we can give a 50% refund.


    We will happily alter exchange or refund unsatisfactory goods. Before you send any goods back, please call to obtain provisional approval and details of how to pack and return the goods. (Customers are responsible for postage, insurance & proof of delivery of return goods to Houston’s).

    If you have paid for a hire outfit and any piece of your highland wear is incorrect or ill-fitting, please contact us immediately on +44 141 889 4879 and we will replace the item for you.
