This intricate Dress Sgian Dubh has a palladium plated pewter trim, shaped into a detailed cut-out Interlaced Celtic Knot design. Set into the handle is a Celtic Shield emblem with Celtic Knot detail around a Saltire cross motif. A Mounted Glass Gemstone sits at the end of the handle to complete this fine piece. Sgian Dubhs are double-edged knifes, historically used to cut material, food scraps and material. They were also used for self-defence or for a sneak attack, being hidden under the arm or down the Kilt hose.
