This Black Leather Day sporran has a Metal Plate with a Celtic Design on the Flap. It also has 3 knotted leather tassels. The Metal plate gives it a more formal look, while maintaining the casual day look.
Sporrans are used to carry your valuable items that you usually carry in your pockets.
Day sporrans should be worn to events of similar stature. Day events such as highland games, garden parties are ideal, but they can also be worn to some evening events such as Ceilidhs. It is bad form to wear a Day sporran to a Black Tie Dinner.
