Dress Sporrans should be worn to formal events such as Weddings, Black Tie Dinners, Graduations etc. They should not be worn to day events such as Highland Games.
Use your Sporran as a pouch to store items you would normally carry in your pockets. As Kilts have no pockets a Sporran acts as an ideal replacement!
