The Sherrifmuir jacket is Suitable for all formal occasion's. Worn with a high button waistcoat and Jabot shirt or Tunic shirt (granddad style) with optional Jabot and cuffs. A more fashionable way of wearing the Sherrifmuir is with a Victorian wing collar shirt and Ruche tie.

The Sherrifmuir has a Mandarin collar with tash flaps all round the bottom similar to the Kenmore Doublet. Can have gauntlet or Prince Charlie cuffs.

Worn for the same occasions as a Prince Charlie.

Sherrifmuir Jackets are generally made to measure and come in stock colours: black, navy, french navy, green and wine. Other colours and velvets +£70/£90

Bespoke, made to order and made to measure goods can range from 4 to 10 weeks. We will advise customers of a more accurate date.

We offer an express service where made to measure goods can be made within two weeks at a charge of +£50.

All stock items are delivered within 2 weeks. Generally if the goods are ready they will go out within the week

Clan crest goods are normally delivered within 2 weeks. However on occasions can take up to 6 weeks, certain goods have to be specially made

If an item is out of stock we will advise the customer. We can arrange a courtesy hire if required on kilts and kilt packs

Before you send any goods back, please call to obtain provisional approval and details of how to pack and return goods on 0141 889 4879 (Note customers are responsible for postage, insurance and proof of delivery of return goods to Houston's).

All our goods have a 1 year full guarantee. Note most of our goods will last many years even a lifetime.

Stock items/ faulty goods will be replaced, exchanged or refunded within 30 days, you must have your receipt for proof of purchase. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
